Abstract
Location of military port problem is a complex system engineering with the characteristics of general engineering site selection, but also a combination of military elements. To consider the correlation between evaluation indicators existing in the location of military port, as well as the strong subjectivity in the evaluation process, this study uses Analytic Network Process(ANP) to establish the evaluation model, then adopts expert group decision-making method and Bayesian fusion theory to optimize the system construction of ANP. Combined with case analysis and calculated by SUPERDECISION software, the model is proved to be feasible.
