چکیده

Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to find a reasonable path to recovery of dangerous goods, reduce the possible loss in the process of transportation. The research on the route of dangerous goods recycling exiting usually use the traditional vehicle routing ploblem (Vehicle Routing Problem, VRP) model, this greatly increases the dangerous goods transport vehicles in the storage time, the recovery of risks in the process of cost increases to a certain extent, so use the complete third party logistics outsourcing ( 3PL ) way of handing to deal with dangerous goods transportation problem, then build a new multi-objective optimization model, use the inverse selection operation of ant colony algorithm( ACO-nso ) to solve the model, get the Pareto optimal solution sets. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
