The technology of e-metering (Electronic metering) has gone through rapid technological advancements and there is increased demand for a reliable and efficient Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system. This paper presents on implementation of a wireless Automatic Meter Reading system incorporating the widely used GSM and Zigbee network. The proposed system replaces traditional meter reading methods and enables remote access of existing energy meter by the energy provider. Also they can monitor the meter readings regularly without physical visiting. Cortex-M3 integrated with a GSM receiver at the other end, which contains the data base, acts as the billing point. The usage amount of bill from various places will be transferred to main central data base using Zigbee technology. The complete monthly usage bill is messaged to the customer using GSM technology.
فن آوری (اندازه گیری الکترونیکی) اندازه گیری-e از طریق پیشرفت های تکنولوژیکی سریع توسعه یافته است و تقاضا برای یک سیستم خوانش کنتور اتوماتیک (AMR) قابل اعتماد و کارآمد وجود دارد. این مقاله در پیاده سازی سیستم خوانش کنتور خودکار بی سیم که بطور گسترده ای از ترکیب شبکه زیگ بی و GSM استفاده می کند ارائه می شود. سیستم ارائه شده جایگزین روش های خوانش کنتور قدیمی می شود و امکان دسترسی از راه دور کنتور برق موجود را توسط ارائه دهنده انرژی ایجاد می کند. همچنین آنها می توانند خوانش های کنتور را بطور منظم بدون بازدید فیزیکی تحت نظارت قرار دهند. Cortex-M3 با یک گیرنده GSM در انتهای دیگری ادغام می شود، که شامل پایگاه داده ها است، که بعنوان نقطه صدور صورت حساب عمل می کند. میزان استفاده صورت حساب از مکان های مختلف به مشتری با استفاده از فن آوری GSM پیام داده می شود. صورت حساب کامل مصرف ماهیانه به مشتری با استفاده از فن آوری GSM پیام داده می شود.
